Do you possess One (1) year of specialized experience which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the Program Specialist (ADR) position? To be creditable this experience must have been equivalent to the GS-12 level in Federal service.
Specialized experience includes: (1) planning training activities to include assessment of training needs, development and review of course materials, and delivery and evaluation of training; (2) preparation of outreach and marketing plans along with design, development and implementation of materials; (3) design of studies, programs, and organizational strategies in order to improve process quality and customer service; (4) qualitative and quantitative analysis of program effectiveness and operations; and (5) research, development, implementation, management, modification, and analysis of web-based and/or other automated systems to track, evaluate, and measure the utilization and effectiveness of programs and activities.
