I have at least one year of GS-13 level experience working with all aspects of the acquisition life-cycle with particular emphasis on program management and the technical/engineering disciplines; leading in initiating needed programs or analysis; organizing and leading special study teams as task forces with members from different organizations and commands. I also have completed a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in a qualifying field.
C. I have been granted a waiver from the senior procurement executive of the agency, waiving any or all of the basic requirements listed in paragraphs A and B.
D. I do not possess the experience described above.
