I have at least one year of experience at the GS-9 level conducting job analysis and determining qualification requirements; developing crediting plans; performing eligibility rating/ranking of applicants and issuing certificates of eligible candidates; providing technical guidance and consultation to managers, employees, and retirees regarding employee benefits; advising managers and employees on the application of HR laws, regulations, policies, and procedures.
