I have One full year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-13 level in the Federal service senior level providing technical, administrative and project management leadership of assigned projects responsible for the development of disaster and grants management software application systems, IT services, overseeing the installation and integration of commercial off-the shelf (COTS) and Government off –the shelf (GOTS) software systems and implementing agency-wide disaster management software development project management procedures, tools, templates, activities, and infrastructure to align agency internal disaster business practices in the area of project management and process improvement methodologies.
B. I have successfully obtained a degree that provided a minimum 24 semester hours in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
