I have 6 months of nursing experience performing basic or commonly used nursing care work in a hospital, outpatient clinic, nursing home, or other supervised medical, nursing, or patient care facility that provided a practical knowledge of human body structure and sterile techniques and procedures.

B. I have successfully completed a program in practical nursing of a least 9 months' duration combined with 1 year of nursing assistant experience.

C. I have successfully completed a 2-year degree program in an accredited community college, junior college, or college or university in practical nursing.

D. I do not have the education and/or experience as described in the above statements.

3. In addition to meeting the Basic Qualification requirement listed above select one response that demonstrates how you meet the additional qualifications for the GS-05 grade level of this position.

A. I have 1 year of nursing experience equivalent to the GS-04 grade level performing a range of standard nursing care work in a hospital, outpatient clinic, nursing home, or other patient care facility that provided knowledge and skill sufficient to perform a moderately difficult range of nursing care to successfully perform the duties of this position. The experience is related to work of the position as described in the vacancy announcement.
