2. Research and evaluate child support enforcement/other social service programs.

3. Use policy analysis/program evaluation skills to analyze statutes, regulations, policies and research related to child support enforcement programs.

4. Develop and implement comprehensive projects/plans for outreach, special initiatives, pilots, and innovations to improve child support enforcement program performance.

5. Formulate objectives/priorities and implement projects/plans that align with the goals of a child support enforcement/social services program.

Planning and Evaluating

6. Plan child support and enforcement data collection and analyze statistical information from program operations and broad/complex surveys, etc.

7. Provide recommendations to external/internal customers on methodological studies on the development of child support enforcement programs.

8. Compile, analyze, evaluate and summarize child support enforcement data from multiple sources and develop strategies to improve program performance/compliance.

9. Use various evaluative methodologies to improve program performance [e.g. Qualitative analysis, quantitative analysis, data gathering (data requests, interviewing), report writing, etc.]

10. Develop child support enforcement research plans using data analysis to inform management on the impact of short and long-range program goals and objectives.

11. Conduct cross-disciplinary surveys, review census data and perform analysis using an array of statistical and technical tools including use of data warehouses to assist in the design/implementation of child support enforcement programs.

Oral Communication

12. Brief and advise senior management on research methods and findings that support family-centered child support enforcement policy development.

13. Represent an organization at major meetings, conferences on issues related to child support enforcement programs.
