A. For the GS-14 grade level, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level with experience in serving as an advisor to Senior Management on budgeting and financial management issues and activities; analyzing programs that required applying an expert knowledge of the concepts, principles, practices, laws and regulations of budgeting and finance; making recommendations to management for improving financial operations; and preparing long and short-range planning financial guidance in accordance with the agency program policies.
B. For the GS-13 grade level, I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-13 level with experience in financial management sufficient to manage and develop financial and accounting procedures and standards, serve as an expert in financial and budget planning and execution and audits, and prepare agency financial statements.
