4. Create data sources, data flow. and system interaction of automated personnel applications in order to review unit/integration testing and conduct functional testing.

5. Ensure the quality and integrity of personnel data.

7. Perform performance testing that includes load and stress testing procedures using automated testing tools.

8. Analyze and test automated applications using experimental or "state of the art" automated test tools and methodologies.
