I have at least one year of specialized experience serving in a program role which involves program decision making ability; evaluation of public assistance projects fro program eligibility; experience in analyzing laws, policies, regulations or other directives governing public assistance disaster programs.
B. I possess a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited college or university. My graduate level education demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities, necessary to do the work.
C. I have at least 3 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a PhD or equivalent doctoral degree from an accredited college or university. My graduate level education demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work.
