A. I have successfully completed the requirements for a Master's degree or 2 full years of graduate education leading to such a degree in any field or a J.D. or L.L.B. degree in an appropriate discipline from an accredited college or university.

I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-7 grade level controlling the supervisor's calendar, rescheduling appointments or arranging for representation by a subordinate official; providing advice on administrative procedures, reports, and requirements; reviewing outgoing correspondence and reports to ensure proper format, grammar, and coordination; ensuring that all requests for action or information are acted upon; assembling information to be used for reports or responses to inquiries; composing and signing correspondence not requiring a technical knowledge; and maintaining an awareness of the clerical and administrative problems related to the office.
C. I have a combination of successfully completed graduate education in an appropriate discipline and experience as described in B above, the total of which equals at least one year.
D. My education and/or experience does not meet the education or experience described above.
