I also have completed a 4- year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree that included or was supplemented by 24 semester hours in a qualifying field, and I have completed at least up to a Level 2 Federal Acquisition Certification (FAC).
B. I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level soliciting, negotiating, administering, and closing out and terminating purchase orders and contracts for a wide variety of commodities and providing technical advice, guidance and legal interpretations in all areas of contracting. I also have completed a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree that included or was supplemented by 24-semester hours in a qualifying field, and I have completed at least up to a Level 2 FAC.
C. I have held a GS-1102-13 position since January 1, 2000, and do not possess the education described above; however, I currently hold a Level 2 FAC
