I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-7 grade level in the Federal service that included work involving providing oversight to management of trust and restricted property; responds to technical inquires and explains realty services and processes in the area of contracts management; prepares in draft realty transactions of moderate difficulty for review and approval; maintain and retrieve information from automated systems performing on-site inspections for compliance; recommending corrective action or changes needed; analyzing transactions including applications, land descriptions, appraisals, NEPA, TSR, and other clearances, to ensure compliance; consulting with beneficiaries, lessees, land owners and other interested parties about the contracting process, options, and other needs and documentation. Maintain and retrieve information from automated systems.

B. I have a masters or equivalent graduate degree; OR 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree (36 semester hours, 54 quarter hours or equivalent); OR LL.B or J.D., if related to this position.
