A. I have at least one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-5 grade level in the Federal service. Examples of specialized experience includes, but is not limited to, work involving applying practical knowledge of a wide range of social casework, family therapy, systems theory and community organization; providing support work of child welfare services; and maintaining a formalized case management system which documents the workflow of case services with individual case plans. These examples are not all inclusive (refer to the summary of duties for specialized experience.

B. I have successfully completed one (1) full year of graduate-level education that is directly related to this position (18 semester hours or 27 quarter hours).

C. I have a combination of specialized experience as described in A and graduate education as described in B when combined together meets 100% of the total requirements for the position.
