I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 which demonstrated the ability to perform the functions of the position to be filled and that provided knowledge of work is to plan, coordinate, inspect and monitor the housing program and activities for single-tribe and multiple tribal agencies; resolving issues related to policy application or conflict; analysis and evaluation of such factors as general housing trends, market conditions, construction methods related to PL 93-638. These examples are all inclusive (refer to the summary of duties for specialized experience).

B. I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or I have successfully completed 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field related to this position.

C. I have a combination of specialized experience as described in A and more than two years of graduate education as described in B which totals at least one year. TO compute, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond two years by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100% to qualify.

I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-11 which demonstrated the ability to perform the functions of the position to be filled and that provided knowledge of Housing Improvement Program (HIP), Tribal Government Systems and Self-Determination, which involved implementing and monitoring housing policies, regulations and practices as they relate to PL 93-638 Contracted programs. Utilizing the Bureau's regulatory and budgetary processes, review contracts for statement of work and funding amounts. These examples are all inclusive (refer to the summary of duties for specialized experience).
