My experience involves: utilizing Corel Wordperfect or Microsoft software, e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat software to perform legal duties; retrieving legal case information from an electronic case management system; identifying material that may be pertinent to court issues or court cases; referring telephone inquiries from officials, e.g., Department of Justice, U.S. District and Appellate Courts, Bankruptcy Courts, U.S. Attorney's Offices, and Internal Revenue Service, to the appropriate party for a response; preparing legal forms for issuance and presenting them for signature; writing legal correspondence using a variety of software packages; maintaining time and attendance records for Section personnel using automated systems; and responding to inquiries from vendors regarding invoices.
