PTQ 1: Broad and in-depth knowledge of all phases of the Federal budget formulation, presentation, justification, and execution process.
PTQ 2: Ability to develop and maintain an agile, skilled, diverse, motivated, customer-oriented, and well-led staff.
PTQ 3: Demonstrated ability to direct federal budget, accounting and financial management programs (including budget execution, payments, payroll, reporting, internal financial controls and audits) and to meet the unique operational requirements of an organization.
PTQ 4: In-depth knowledge of professional budget and accounting principles, practices, and standards.
PTQ 5: Ability to represent the BBG' in varying forums, e.g., OMB hearings, Congressional proceedings, and discussions and negotiations with other agencies and organizations.
