A. I hold a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from a program that is/was approved by the Commission on Accreditation for Marriage and Family Therapy Education (COAMFTE) at the time the program was completed.
B. I hold a master's degree in marriage and family therapy from a program that is/was not approved by the COAMFTE at the time the program was completed.
C. I have a master's degree in social work from a school of social work fully accredited by the Council on Social Work Education (CSWE).
D. I am a graduate of a school of professional nursing approved by the appropriate State agency, and accredited by The National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC), or The Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE), one of the following accrediting bodies at the time the program was completed.
