I qualify for this position at the GS-14 level because I have one full year of specialized experience comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-13 level in the Federal service (obtained in either the public or private sectors) which required me to perform all the following duties: 1) assess IT program governance policy needs; 2) evaluate the performance of IT programs and projects with respect to factors such as cost, schedule, requirements fulfillment, information security and architecture; 3) develop policies, products and services to improve IT programs, project delivery and performance; 4) conduct strategic planning for future IT systems, existing systems, and control of project portfolios, processes, policies and procedures; and 5) communicate complex IT concepts and processes to a variety of audiences both orally and in writing. NOTE: To be found qualified for this position, your resume must fully support this response and explain where and when you acquired this experience.
