For MCC Pay Band 5: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to MCC Pay Band 5 or GS-7 level (or equivalent nonfederal work experience) that has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of this position. Examples  of specialized experience are researching and analyzing international policy, economic and institutional issues; acting as liaison with individuals and groups both inside and outside an organization, particularly with foreign governments and international non-governmental organizations and businesses, regarding administrative and/or organizational matters; and preparing a variety of written documents such as project summaries, status reports, briefing papers, presentations, and meeting minutes. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE:

The experience requirement for Pay Band 05 may be met by a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.B. or J.D., if related to the work of this position.
