I have successfully completed one full year of appropriate graduate level education (18 semester hours, 27 quarter hours or equivalent) in a field of study directly related to the work of this position. 23. Assist Solicitor on all appeals to the Interior Board of Indian Appeals and Civilian Board of 24.

24. Contract Appeals and suits filed in United States District Court.

25. Provide advice to Tribal representatives on budgetary problems and responding to single audits.

26. Assess work assignments and prioritize to ensure deadlines are met.

27. Provide oversight for numerous tribal agreements for contract, audit and report compliance.

28. Set up controls to monitor clients' contract expenditures.

29. Manage and maintain client contract files ensuring all files are current.

30. Set up quality control steps to avoid any financial or contractual errors needing additional time for correction.

31. Advise BIA and tribal management on procedures to carry out assigned P. L. 93-638 functions and to comply with the policies decided by administration.

32. Advise BIA and tribal management of new and proposed legislation and regulations that may impact and P. L. 93-638 and offer alternatives for local applicability.

33. Exchange factual information with profession and technical persons for negotiation purposes.

34. Provide assistance to Branch personnel on tribal contractual issues.

35. Provide advice and technical assistance to tribal leadership on all P. L. 93-638 processes.
