One full year of academic study is defined as 30 semester hours, 45 quarter hours, or the equivalent in a college or university or at least 20 hours of classroom instruction per week for approximately 36 weeks in a business, secretarial or technical school.

The total percentage must equal at least 100% to qualify for the GS-4.

Utilize computer software systems for encoding legal instruments information into TAAMS. Review documents to determine accuracy on probates, deeds and encumbrances.

B. I have completed 4 years of progressively higher-level education leading to a bachelors degree in an accredited business or technical school, college or university above high school in any field for which high school graduation or equivalent is a prerequisite. (Please Submit Transcripts)

C. I have a combination of experience as described in A and education as described in B which totals 100% of the requirement for 1 year of specialized experience. The equivalent of 30 semester hours or 45 quarter hours (beyond the 2nd year of attendance) is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience.
