B. I have completed 4 years of progressively higher-level education leading to a bachelors degree in an accredited business or technical school, college or university above high school in any field for which high school graduation or equivalent is a prerequisite.

C. I have a combination of specialized experience as described in A and more than two years of education as described in B which totals at least two years, which meets 100% of the qualification requirements.
