5. Prepares a variety of written documents including memorandums, statistical reports and summaries and other course-related documents and data to assist in program planning and development.

6. Compiles evaluation reports to recommend changes to streamline work assignments and improve services.

7. Serves as a Point of Contact on travel and accommodation inquiries and training course information.

8. Provides troubleshooting assistance to students and faculty for recurring workstation, scanner or other peripheral equipment, or software problems.

9. Assists students with registration of classes and mailing materials.

10. Receives calls and correspondence from the external and internal agency/organization personnel regarding course related information.

11. Monitors and ensures deadlines are met for scheduled courses and conferences notifying supervisor of potential conflicts.

12. Inspects on-and off-site training rooms to ensure the necessary training and support materials are provided.

13. Coordinates with hotel or conference staff to resolve training facilities issues according to terms of contract.

14. Liaisons with other agencies/organization to coordinate program and events to promote the goals of the agency/organization.

15. Collates pre-training and post training documentation for students and faculty.
