Develop strategies and proposals to identify and address current issues arising from the administration of a benefits program or defined contribution plan, or a functional unit thereof including either issues involved in policies surrounding loans, withdrawals, beneficiary cases, and record keeping or assisting participants with issues surrounding loans, withdrawals, beneficiary cases, or recordkeeping.
