1. Applicants must have the specialized experience in the amounts shown below to be considered for this position. From the descriptions below, choose the letter that best describes the highest level of experience you have that demonstrates your ability to perform GS-12 Business Property Analyst work. A. I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-11 grade 1evel in the Federal service. My resume demonstrates that I clearly possess the experience necessary to perform successfully the duties of this position. My experience includes assisting with the preparation of technical advice, business and asset valuation analyses, and valuation recommendations regarding business and complex financial instruments; providing documentation to facilitate recommendations regarding whether a business or complex financial instrument asset should or should not be seized or restrained; assisting with asset management to reduce the risk and exposure to a tolerable level; contributing to the development of special analyses and evaluations to determine if the seizure of a business or complex financial instrument represents the most viable course of action; and preparing and presenting briefing materials and summary descriptions of program development, performance, operations, and accomplishments.
