At least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to the GS-7 in the Federal services that demonstrates as having experience with the following critical functions: identify types of accounts in the Windows OS and move accounts between Organizational Units, experience with using Excel spreadsheets in performing data analysis, experience monitoring network account usage, and in building reports for presentation to managers. Experience in the interpretation of policy and compliance with processes in support of those policies.
B. Master's Degree or equivalent 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or equivalent graduate degree. Degree must be in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaption of applications, systems or networks.

B. Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a Ph. D. or equivalent doctoral degree. Degree must be in computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, mathematics, operations research, statistics, or technology management or degree that provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaption of applications, systems or networks.

Experience in reporting access control findings to appropriate management levels, and experience in the review of policy and developing processes in support of those policies.

5. Analyze short, medium, and long-range projects for solutions of complex operational or policy issues.

6. Prepare draft internal and external reports that may include providing audit liaison support to IT operations.

7. Gather and compile raw data from Active Directory into reports used for analysis in monitoring network account.

8. Review and analyze reports derived from Active Directory network accounts and following up with points of contact.

9. Insure all personnel in Active Directory are assigned by verification of information in the Personnel Management Database.

10. Support the planning and disaster recovery components of the information program.

11. Support the risk & compliance components of the information security program.

12. Develop plans and implement annual tests and risk assessments.

13. Recommend course of action and policies to senior management that allow them to securely meet its organizational goals.

14. Provide support in all functional areas of Information Security and Assurance.

15. Create, maintain and delete personnel data from the Personnel Database.

16. Monitor and audit network accounts for personnel migrating off the network due to inactivity.

17. Support the policy awareness components of the Information Security Program by ensuring that internal procedures and plans are efficiently implemented and are reflective of governing cyber prescriptive standards.

18. Develop draft strategies for developing system development quality assurance (QA) programs.

19. Support the architecture and engineering components of the information security program.

20. Develop process and reports for utilization of PIV cards for local and remote access.
