I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-5 level that involved providing administrative and secretarial support services in either Real Estate or Natural Resources, including receiving visitorss, inquiries and incoming calls, providing administrative support including typing hand written correspondence, proficient in operation of personnel computers and common software applications, timekeeping, routing of official correspondence.

B. I have successfully completed a 4 full years above high school in a field related to the GS-6 Staff Support Assistant(OA) position.

C. I have a combination of specialized experience as described in (A) and morethan 1 full year of academic study (30 semester hours) beyond second year is equivalent to 6 months of specialized experience in (B) which totals at least one year. To compute, divide your total months of qualifying experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of graduate education beyond one year by 18. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal at least 100% to qualify for the GS-5.
