I have a master's or equivalent graduate degree in Biological Sciences or successfully completed 2 years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to a master's degree or master's or equivalent graduate degree in Biological Sciences that provided the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.

C. I have a combination of specialized experience as described in A and education as described in B that equates to one year.

D. I do not have the experience and/or education as described in any of the above statements but willing to learn.
