A. I qualify for this position at the GS-09 level because I have completed a Master's or equivalent graduate degree, or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or an LL.B. or J.D., if related.
B. I qualify for this position at the GS-09 level because I have 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks: allocation, expenditure and control of funds and manpower; conducting special studies to determine the most suitable type of obligation and outlay data needed to insure consistency and adherence to policies; maintaining a working knowledge of the execution budget for an organization and drafting memoranda related to budget execution; and preparing complex computerized spreadsheets using various software.
C. I qualify for this position at the GS-09 level because I have a combination of post baccalaureate education and experience that meets 100% of the qualification requirements for this position.
