I have at least one year of experience assisting in the support of an Asset Forfeiture Unit program's policies, processes, and methods; and/or law enforcement gathering techniques associated with asset forfeiture investigations; and/or identifying budget and financial documents as related to an Asset Forfeiture Program; and/or monitoring, reviewing and analyzing various financial reports for forfeited asset related accounts.
C. I have a Ph. D or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree, or LL.M., if related.
D. I have a combination of successfully completed graduate education in an appropriate discipline and experience as described in B above that totals at least one year.
E. My education or experience is not reflected in the above statements.
