3. Recommend management plans to resolve problem or program deficiencies.

4. Manage and develop a system for monitoring the overall workload and accomplishments of an office.

5. Coordinates and monitors complex and highly visible projects, assuring accomplishment in line with program goals

6. Coordinates the development of resolutions to financial management and related operational functions.
