This experience must include activities such as 1) assisting in conducting research and analysis of established programs, policies, and/or procedures; 2) utilizing project management tools, techniques, and methodology to co-manage various projects and/or programs; and 3) developing recommendations to changes in programs, processes or procedures based on analytic research and studies.
B. I have successfully completed three (3) full years of progressively higher level graduate education, or a Doctorate or Ph.D., or equivalent degree, e.g., at an accredited college or university in a field that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work. Such fields include business, management, statistics or another directly related field that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform this work.
C. I have a combination of graduate education and specialized experience as described in "A" and "B" above. If your education is currently described in quarter hours, convert them to semester hours by multiplying by 2/3rds.
