I possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-05 level in the federal service that equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills and abilities to perform successfully the duties of a Dispatcher. Examples of qualifying specialized experience include relaying information on a radio or telephone system; working as an emergency communications operator; dispatching information on a fire or at a construction site; producing criminal reports through a computer system; or coordinating emergency response efforts.

B. I have successfully completed six months or more of graduate level education with major field of study in communications (or a closely related discipline). The education must have been attained in an accredited college or university. PLEASE NOTE: If you are qualifying for the position based on your education, you must submit a copy of your transcripts.
C. I have a combination of specialized experience as described in A above and education as described in B above which total at least one year. For example, 6 months of specialized experience (50% of the specialized experience) and three months of graduate level education (50% of the education) would qualify an applicant for this position.
D. I do not have the experience or education as described in any of the above statements.
