I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-07 grade level or equivalent which involved experience reviewing material for clarity and consistency with an organizations policies and style requirements, and providing assistance in the development of communications materials.
B. I have a master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.

I have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-09 grade level or equivalent under other pay systems in the Federal service which involved experience providing assistance editing and preparing materials for publication, providing assistance in the development of communications materials, and assisting in the research and analysis of topics for publication.

B. I have a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree, OR 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree.

C. I have a combination of experience (as noted in A) and education (as noted in B).

D. I do not possess the experience or education as described above.
