1. Knowledge of laws, regulations, administrative rules, policies, precedents and agency practices related to the 1994 Crime Act, the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA), and the Privacy Act (PA).

2. Ability to conduct both qualitative and quantitative analyses.

3. Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing.

4. Ability to handle multiple tasks with competing deadlines.

5. Skill in meeting, dealing and negotiating with professionals with diverse backgrounds in situations which might involve complex issues or conflicts of opinion.

6. Knowledge of the FOIA database, Microsoft, Word, Access, and Excel.
