I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the MCC Pay Band 4c or GS-11 (or equivalent non-federal work experience). For this position, examples of specialized experience include: monitoring and evaluating international development program/projects; constructing and managing databases of information related to tracking the results of development projects; conducting research involving program/project issues and preparing summaries; acting as liaison with individuals and groups both inside and outside an organization regarding program and organizational matters; and preparing a variety of written documents, such as staff papers, status reports, or policy recommendations.  (NOTE: This experience MUST be well documented on your resume or application).
