A. I have at least one year of specialized experience that is equivalent in difficulty and complexity to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service. Specifically, specialized experience is described as managing the development and implementation of complex logistics programs to include coordination, decision-making, resource management, organizational formation and staffing, personnel supervision and prioritizing of plans and projects. In order to be creditable specialized experience, it must have been within a National Incident Management System/Incident Command system compliant organization.
