I have completed at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. (You must provide a copy of your college transcript with your application)
C. I meet the following exception to the requirements stated in "A" above: I occupied and continue to occupy a GS-1102 position since January 1, 2000. (This also applies to positions at the same grade in the same agency or other agencies if the specialized experience requirements are met).
D. I do not have the level of education or meet the exception described in statements A, B or C above.

2. Please choose the response that best describes your level of experience/education as it relates to the work of a Procurement Analyst, GS-13.

A. I have completed at least 4-years of experience in contracting or related positions. At least 1 year of that experience is specialized experience that is equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service or equivalent pay systems that provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the work of the position., AND I have completed a 4-year course of study leading to a bachelor's degree, that included or was supplemented by at least 24 semester hours in any combination of the following fields: accounting, business, finance, law, contracts, purchasing, economics, industrial management, marketing, quantitative methods, or organization and management. (You must provide a copy of your college transcript with your application)
B. I meet the following exception to the requirements stated in "A" above: I occupied and continue to occupy a GS-1102 position since January 1, 2000. (This also applies to positions at the same grade in the same agency or other agencies if the specialized experience requirements are met).
C. I do not have experience or training as reflected in the statements above.

Examples of such specialized experience include: Writing contracting policy, guidance, and procedural documentation for the wide range of contracting functions; analyzing and evaluating audit and inspection reports; interpreting new legislation and providing synopsis to senior level management; writing updated policy impact to business processes and informs contracting staff via writing.
B. I do not have the level of specialized experience described in statement A above.
