1. From the descriptions below, select one response that best describes how your background meets the basic experience and/or education requirements for a Visitor Services Assistant, GS-0303-04 position. A. I have one year of progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates my ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of a Visitor Services Assistant. My general experience includes greeting the public, disseminating information, and providing directions.

B. I have two years of education above high school (60 semester hours or 90 quarter hours). This education was obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college, or university. (You MUST submit a copy of your transcripts indicating number of credit hours in order to qualify based on education).

C. I have NOT completed 1 full year of general experience as described in option A above or the 2 years of education as indicated in option B above, but I have an equivalent combination of education and experience. For example, 6 months of the general experience described in A above (50% of the experience requirement), and 1 year of college study from an accredited institution (50% of the qualifying education) as specified in B above, equals 100% of the total requirement. (You MUST submit a copy of your transcripts indicating number of credit hours in order to qualify based on the combination option).

D. I do not meet or exceed any of the above statements.

30. Take precautions with funds collected or stock to safeguard from theft, fraud, and misuse.
