Problem Solving - identifies problems; determines accuracy and relevance of information; uses sound judgment to generate and evaluate alternatives, and to make recommendations, AND, (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 level in the Federal service obtained in either the private or public sector, performing the following types of tasks on a regular basis: collecting, processing, loading, analyzing, and reviewing electronically stored information (ESI) using a variety of electronic discovery (eDiscovery) products, such as iPRO, LAW PreDiscovery, Nuix, kCura Relativity, iCONECT, Equivio, and Concordance; imaging of hard copy documents for use in litigation or investigations; collaborating with attorneys, litigation support professionals, and IT professionals to recommend or develop appropriate eDiscovery solutions; and supporting the IT infrastructure needed to run various eDiscovery products.
