I have one (1) year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS 7 level or equivalent band level of responsibility which includes review, interpreting, administrative and rulemaking proceedings. Experience assessing problems arising from non-compliance with regulations; provides technical advice on existing regulations; reviews and provides comments on draft regulations and assist in management of automated data systems. Experience explaining laws, regulations, dockets management procedures and documents to office personnel, regulated industry, trade press, paralegals, and interested persons.

2. Assist in management of the automated data system which provides information for the office.

3. Compare report requirements to the data maintained in the data system and reporting the results of this systems analysis to the Director to determine if the information needed by the office is being kept current and readily available.

4. Maintain the overall integrity and accuracy of the information and data in assigned aspects of the system and has knowledge of the types of information contained in those portions of the system and provides recommendations for enhancing those areas.

5. Assist in management of the scanning/imaging project for office.

6. Provide advice and guidance on the organization's requirements regarding the submission of materials into the administrative record.

7. Provide information for organization officials on various documents received by the office and on the level of activity and public interest in particular issues.
