Possess a J.D. or LL.B. degree from an ABA accredited Law School; An active membership in good standing of the bar of a state, territory of the United States, the District of Columbia, or the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico (submit supporting documentation along with your application); At least two full years of experience at at least a GS-11 grade level (or equivalent) analyzing and recommending solutions to extremely complex and difficult legal issues regarding labor and/or personnel law; providing legal advice and participating in the development of policies, procedures and directives; and/or litigation at the EEOC, MSPB, or FLRA; and
B. I do not possess the specialized experience/education described above.
