C. I have an equivalent combination of specialized experience and education. To compute the formula for qualifying under this combination, first determine the percentage of the specialized experience you possess; then determine the percentage of the education you possess (note: only education in excess of the first full year of graduate education or 18 semester hours is creditable); then add the two percentages; they must equal to 100 percent to qualify.
