This included providing technical advice, guidance and legal interpretations in all areas of contracting. I also have completed a 4-year course of study that included or was supplemented by 24-semester hours in qualifying field. (GS-12 level)
C. I currently occupy a GS-1102-13 (or higher level) position and have continuously occupied that position since January 1, 2000.
D. I do not possess the experience and education described above.
