5. Responsible for ensuring changes to regulatory and enforcement system reflecting legislative guidelines and such changes are documented.

6. Serve as liaison between Office and the other Business components within the agency including providing outreach to the districts to ensure system meets the fields' needs.

7. Identify potential issues pertaining to the compliance and enforcement systems and facilitate their resolution through the application of experience, knowledge, innovation and outreach to major stakeholders.

8. Conduct independent analysis, of enforcement and compliance activities, business processes and systems.

9. Serve as a subject matter expert on compliance and regulatory issues pertaining to the enforcement of food and drug regulations and the systems supporting the business associated business processes.

10. Responsible for facilitating requirements gathering sessions associated with Business process reengineering as well as developing standardized business processes by which enforcement and other regulatory work is conducted.

11. Initiate and participate in discussions and decisions concerning ORA plans, programs and activities.

12. Develop systems to ensure functionality allowing for the gathering of qualitative and quantitative data to meet reporting needs.

13. Contribute to the design and conducts qualitative and quantitative studies to improve and evaluate program management.

14. Use data analysis to fulfill various requests for Agency enforcement statistics.
