This experience must include activities such as: 1) drafting, editing, finalizing, facilitating and clearing CEO or Head of State-level communications; 2) experience with  document and information managements systems, including advanced experience in software and database applications; 3)  serving as a liaison or point of contact between staff and management, management and other federal agencies, and management and external counterparts; 4)  developing, evaluating and recommending improvements to  administrative program policies, practices, and methods; and 5)  managing and organizing high level, voluminous communications, scheduling, and reporting activities.
