To qualify for pay band 4b level you must meet the following: Have at least one year of specialized experience comparable to the MCC Pay Band 4c or GS-11 or an equivalent level which is directly related to the work of this position and which has equipped the applicant with the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.  This experience must include activities such as:  1) experience transcribing and summarizing complex documents; 2) experience using legal research tools such as LEXIS/NEXIS, Westlaw or related research systems; 3) experience analyzing and editing legal documents; 4) experience serving as a liaison for administrative matters such as budget development and tracking, procurement, human resources and space management; and/or 5) experience scheduling meetings and coordinating dates and times, preparing transcripts and minutes and preparing and distributing written materials.
