I possess at least one year of specialized experience (post completion of my masters degree, equivalent to at least the GS-9 level of the Federal service, indicating my ability to perform the duties of this position at the GS-11 level. I gained this specialized experience working with vocational rehabilitation service programs developing individualized written rehabilitation plans, developing individualized employment plans, counseling adult clients with emotional and physical disabilities, administering and interpreting vocational testing, coordinating rehabilitation services for adults with disabilities to prepare them for suitable work, performing initial evaluations and entitlement determinations.

B. In addition to the basic educational requirement listed above, I have successfully completed two full and a half academic years of progressively higher level graduate education or master's or equivalent graduate degree (such as LL.B. or J.D.) at an accredited college or university in a field directly related to the position as identified in question 1, which provided me with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of this position at the GS-11 grade level.

C. I do not have the specialized experience or education described in either "A" or "B" and therefore I am not qualified for this position at the GS-11 grade level.

I gained this specialized experience through the ability to manage a large case load of complex cases including clients with severe injuries such as poly-trauma, PTSD, burns, visual impairments, and spinal cord injuries, etc. I have extensive experience with specialized adaptive technology and with assessing the independent living needs of individuals with disabilities. I have skills as providing expert vocational testimony and/or served as an Individual Vocational Evaluator appointed at the State or Federal level.

B. I do not have the specialized experience described in "A" listed above and therefore I am not qualified for this position at the GS-12 grade level.

14. Complete case narratives to document client meeting via written correspondence or computer files.

15. Prepare written correspondence explaining decision, rationale, and appeal rights.

16. Prepare Individual Written Rehabilitation Plans, Individual Employment Assistance Plans, Individual Extended Evaluation Plans and Individual Independent Living Plans (IWRP, IEAP, IEEP, IILP) to eliminate or resolve impediments to employment.
