I have one or more years of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-04 Federal grade level that equipped me with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of this position. Examples of specialized experience include routing incoming calls or outgoing materials, preparing reports using office automation, maintaining a manager's calendar, responding to general inquiries regarding office procedures, and maintaining timekeeping records.
B. I have successfully completed four years of education above the high school level in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college, or university.
C. I have less than the full amount of specialized experience described in "A" and less than the full amount of education described in "B" above, but I have an equivalent combination of the two. Note: To compute this, first determine your amount of qualifying experience as a percentage of the specialized experience requirement. Then determine your amount of qualifying education (above 60 semester hours) as a percentage of the education requirement. Add the two percentages. The total percentage must equal to at least 100% to qualify.
