2. Indepth knowledge of and experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Federal policies, procedures and methods of procurement.

3. Experience preparing a wide variety of procurement documents including contracts, purchase orders, modifications, amendments, request for proposals, etc.

4. Demonstrated ability to analyze procurement data and advise Agency program managers in the procurement planning process.

5. Demonstrated experience using automated procurement systems to prepare purchase/delivery/purchase card order awards and modifications to existing awards.

6. Knowledge and demonstrated skill in maintaining effective customer and workplace relationships to achieve organizational business goals and customer satisfaction.
